Game Overview

Book of Darkness, developed by Betsoft Gaming and released in October 2020, transports players into a shadowy fantasy realm where the Huntress and the Dark Wizard battle for control of the powerful Book of Darkness. Game Overview Reels and Paylines This slot uses a classic 5-reel, 3-row setup with 10 fixed paylines. Betting Range Bets start from €0.10 up to €10 per spin, suiting all budgets for players across Ireland. RTP and Volatility Boasting a Return to Player (RTP) of 96.48% and high volatility, this game gives fewer but potentially larger wins, ideal for those who enjoy a bit of excitement and risk. Symbols and Theme Set against the eerie backdrop of a shadowy temple, the reels are filled with mystical symbols that really pull you into the darker side of fantasy. Standard playing card icons (A, K, Q) represent the lower-value symbols, while weapons, potions, magical rings, and red crystals make up the higher-value icons.

Both the Huntress and the Dark Wizard are premium symbols, offering higher wins. The Book of Darkness acts as both wild and scatter, so it can substitute for other symbols and also trigger bonus features. Bonus Features 1. Free Spins When you land three or more Book of Darkness symbols, the Free Spins bonus gets triggered.

Depending on how many books you land, you’ll get: - 3 books: 10 free spins plus a 2x bet payout. - 4 books: 15 free spins plus a 20x bet payout. - 5 books: 20 free spins plus a 200x bet payout. During these spins, one symbol is randomly chosen to become an expanding symbol, helping you land bigger wins across the reels.

2. Clash for Power This feature activates if the Huntress, Book of Darkness, and Dark Wizard appear in a row on a payline. Pick your champion and see who wins the magical battle—filling up their respective Hero Meter will unlock the Shadowform feature.

3. Shadowform If your chosen hero wins the Clash for Power, the Shadowform round begins, giving you 10 more free spins. The bonus you get depends on the victor: - If the Dark Wizard wins, five symbols will expand during free spins. - If the Huntress wins, a 5x multiplier is added to selected symbols throughout the spins. Conclusion Book of Darkness offers Irish players a genuinely captivating experience, with its immersive dark fantasy theme, slick graphics, and truly unique bonus features.

With free spins, expanding symbols, and character battles, there’s loads of action to be had. As it’s a high volatility slot, wins can be unpredictable—it’s all about enjoying the adventure and seeing if you can claim the book’s magic for yourself.
