Game Overview

Book of Gold - Symbol Choice is a video slot created by Playson, released in 2019. Set against the mystical backdrop of ancient Egyptian pyramids, it draws players into a world of sacred symbols and fabled treasures.

This 5-reel slot is known for its high volatility and has an RTP of 95%, perfect for players after a thrilling and unpredictable gaming session. A standout feature of Book of Gold - Symbol Choice is its bonus game, triggered by landing the right set of scatter symbols.

In this bonus round, players enjoy the unique option to choose a special symbol, which can expand across the reels during free spins. This mechanic increases chances for big wins and adds extra variety to the game.

The free spins are a major highlight, offering more spins to ramp up excitement without an extra bet during the bonus. The slot’s classic Egyptian theme features familiar icons like ancient books, pharaoh masks, scarabs, and vivid hieroglyphics.

Both the visuals and soundtrack build an immersive atmosphere, capturing the spirit of Egypt’s past. Book of Gold - Symbol Choice doesn’t include a progressive jackpot, focussing instead on engaging gameplay features and creative mechanics.

The slot suits different playing styles, but its high volatility means features might activate less often, appealing most to those who enjoy high-stakes excitement. A demo version may also be available for players wanting to explore its features and bonus rounds without risk.

Book of Gold - Symbol Choice stands out as a unique part of Playson’s line-up, blending favoured slot elements with atmospheric graphics and offering player involvement through the symbol choice feature, all set within the timeless mystique of ancient Egypt.
