Game Overview

Year of the Dog by Genesis Gaming is a video slot drawing inspiration from the Chinese zodiac's Year of the Dog. Launched in 2018, the slot features a 5-reel, 4-row setup with 1024 ways to win, giving players in Ireland loads of chances for a win.

The game showcases classic Chinese imagery—lucky coins, firecrackers, and the golden dog—against calming backgrounds with pagodas and cherry blossoms for an authentic feel. Traditional Chinese tunes add to the atmosphere.

Standout features include wild symbols, scatter symbols, and a free spins bonus round. Land three or more scatters to activate the free spins feature, where you can choose your preferred mix of free spins and multipliers.

The slot’s RTP sits at 97.04% with medium volatility for a balanced play experience. Bet from as little as €0.01 up to €10 per spin, so there’s something here for every budget.

Year of the Dog is fully optimised for desktop and mobile play, so you can enjoy the action wherever you are across Ireland.
